By using HaloPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use HaloPay.

2. What HaloPay Provides

HaloPay provides payment infrastructure and access automation for Telegram communities. Specifically:

Payment Processing

We facilitate crypto payments (SOL, USDC) from users to your configured wallet.

Access Management

We automate granting and revoking access to your Telegram channels based on payment status.

Subscription Renewals

We handle automatic renewal reminders and access expiration.

Important: What HaloPay is NOT

  • • A bank or financial institution
  • • A cryptocurrency exchange
  • • A wallet provider
  • • A custodian of your funds

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

    Configuring correct wallets

    Ensure you provide the correct wallet address to receive payments.

    Complying with local laws

    You are responsible for ensuring your use of HaloPay complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

    Managing your communities

    You are responsible for the content and moderation of your Telegram channels.

    Account security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Fees

HaloPay charges a platform fee on each transaction. The fee percentage is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

Fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error. All payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Refunds

Refunds for user payments are handled by the channel owner, not by HaloPay. HaloPay does not process refunds. If a user requests a refund, they should contact the channel owner directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

HaloPay is not responsible for:

    Blockchain delays

    Transaction confirmation times depend on network conditions, not HaloPay.

    Wallet errors

    If you configure an incorrect wallet address, HaloPay is not responsible for lost funds.

    User mistakes

    Errors in payment amounts, wallet addresses, or other user input are your responsibility.

    Service interruptions

    While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

You may stop using HaloPay at any time. Simply delete your account from your dashboard.

HaloPay may terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
